Do your prices include tax?

Our prices quoted in £UK and Euro include VAT.

Will I be charged extra taxes/ duty fees upon delivery?

Within the EU: the EURO prices you see on our website include import duty and VAT (sales tax). We take care of all paperwork and additional costs to get your rug to your front door anywhere within the EU.

USA and rest of world: Yes, duty and taxes may apply outside the EU depending on the destination country. The customer is responsible for paying duty & taxes once the item arrives at the customs facility of the destination country.  Our shippers will be in contact with you to collect the payment on behalf of the government agencies at the time of delivery.

How do I pay the taxes/ duty fees?

You can choose to pre-pay your duties and taxes before delivery, or handle them yourself when your rug reaches Customs. If you would like to prepay these charges, we offer two options:

Premium Service: Our logistics partner acts as the Importer of Record, meaning your Tax ID is not required ($285 fee + duties and taxes).

Standard Service: You may be required to provide Tax ID and additional paperwork within 5 working days when your rug reaches customs ($60 handling fee + duties and taxes).

We will be in contact after your purchase to discuss prepayment options and provide a payment link should you wish to use these services.

As of October 2025, within the USA duty is calculated at 20% and local sales taxes are charged at the current local rate.
