Shipping

We ship Internationally using DHL and Fedex tracked service. Larger rugs may be shipped via specialist logitics agent when the rug exceeds the size that DHL and Fedex will accept.

Shipping timeframes:

In-stock rugs are dispatched within 5 working days or on a customer’s preferred date. Made to order rugs are shipped after 12 – 18 weeks depending on the rug size.

Clients can choose to collect their rug(s) from our London Showroom or we can store them if you are away and unable to receive the rug(s) straight after purchase.
