Henri Matisse at the Tate Modern
A few weeks ago now we went to the Tate Modern to see the brilliant new exhibition, Henri Matisse – Cut Outs. If you are avid readers of our blog you will already know that we are big fans of Matisse at the Sonya Winner Rug Studio. We adore his use of bright colours and bold shapes plus the sheer grand scale of the pieces are amazing. It was great to see The Snail up close and in person after it being such an influence in our design process while creating our After Matisse designs.
