"The rug that we chose is beautiful and of the highest quality. The customer service that we received from Sonya and Philippa has been outstanding. Excellent and helpful email correspondence with high quality visualisations provided to help us to choose. Both Sonya and Philippa were also so welcoming when we visited their studio. The service was prompt, professional yet friendly and always helpful. Thank you so very much."

"I was so excited to hear that Sonya was now supplying cushions to go with her exquisite rugs that I immediately ordered 3 After Matisse and 5 Bubbles to go with the rugs I bought last year. The quality is excellent and I love them to pieces! As ever, the service and communication from this company is top notch."

"The rugs are so incredibly gorgeous and transform a space instantly. I haven't found rugs like Sonya's anywhere - high quality, well made, beautiful colors and stunning styles! The customer service provided by Philippa was so professional, kind and helpful in every way. Every step of my purchase was made easy and I know I'll be enjoying my rugs for years to come. I would highly recommend buying a rug from Sonya Winner. It is pure joy!"
